1:1 Coaching Sessions

Deeper Understanding & Compassionate Support

1:1 work is designed for those seeking to deepen their relationship with their body and cultivate an embodied connection with their reproductive health. In these dedicated 60-minute sessions, we focus on creating a supportive space for you to learn body literacy and apply it to your womb continuum journey.

Emotional, physical and educational support throughout the womb continuum.

What is the womb continuum?

In my practice, the term womb continuum reflects the interconnected stages of the womb's journey throughout a lifetime—from menarche to menopause and all the transitions in between, including menstruation, sex, abortion, postpartum, and more.

This framework acknowledges the womb as part of a dynamic system, not isolated experiences. It invites us to see these stages as interconnected and influential, shaping not just our physical health, but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

While the origins of the term womb continuum are rooted in the language of reproductive health and somatic healing communities, I use it as a lens to guide my work in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and embrace each phase as an opportunity for growth and transformation.

Presence and permission are the two core offerings that sit at the root of the 1:1 coaching work. These sessions are an opportunity to address your sexual and reproductive health in a new way and receive personalized support.

“My session with Lauren was so helpful, enlightening, and empowering! It was the sexual and reproductive health class we all wish we had! Lauren is super knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and non-judgmental. She gives you the facts without making anything uncomfortable or awkward. I learned about tracking my cycle, understanding my hormones and how to better connect with my body. Lauren also guided me through practices to support my overall well-being and reproductive health. Her approach is holistic, combining scientific knowledge with deep respect for individual experiences. I felt seen, heard and supported in every aspect of my journey. I left the session feeling more in tune with my body and inspired to prioritize my health in new ways. I highly recommend her sessions to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of their body and reclaim their power.”
