About Lauren

Hello and a warm welcome.

My name is Lauren (She/Her), and I am a Womb Wellness advocate, Doula and Clinical Operations Manager at Options for Sexual Health. I hold a Masters of Health Communication from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a specialization in reproductive and sexual health. I draw upon modern science and holistic health modalities in my approach to this field. 

I am dedicated to rewriting the stories of disembodiment in relation to our wombs and providing soft but grounded support in navigating reproductive health related needs.
