About Lauren

Hello and a warm welcome.

My name is Lauren, and I am a Reproductive Health Educator, and Doula based in Vancouver, B.C. I hold a Masters of Health Communication from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a focus on reproductive and sexual health. I draw upon modern science and holistic health modalities in my approach to this field. 

I am committed to redefining our relationship with our wombs, shifting away from disembodiment toward connection, and offering compassionate, grounded support for navigating reproductive health needs.
